Linux Shell App for NLyte Server using Python with pyodata

I'm in need of a skilled programmer who is adept with Python, the linux shell (CLI), and experienced in working with networking concepts.
The project involves creating an application that interfaces with an NLyte (DCIM) server using the ODATA protocol. Specifically, I need the app to:
- Query data from the NLyte server
- Display data from the NLyte server
- Query and create objects, such as network connections and ports
Key requirements for the app include:
- Python implementation
- Usage of the "requests" package for HTTP authentication, session control
- Usage of the "pyodata" package for ODATA v4 abstraction layer to make project more python friendly
- Support for querying, displaying, and creating network connections and ports
The app should be designed to function smoothly on both Windows and Linux platforms from the command line using python. A solid understanding of Python, the linux shell, and experience with networking will be crucial to the success of this project.
Because python is portable, deployment on windows should be easy. I'm adding a "GraphQL" tag so it attracts folks who might be remotely familiar with ODATA.
Ideal candidate is familiar with POSTMAN to analyze RESTful API traffic between NLyte server and browser. NLyte experience is not required by highly desirable as it will save time learning it. ODATA is extensively use by SAP to query data, so familiarity with SAP might be desirable as well.
