Line Segmentation using Python

There are total 529 scanned document images which contain printed as well as handwritten text . Only for handwritten text line segmentation need to be performed. Line Segmentation means breaking up of handwritten text into its constituent lines. For e.g. if in one sample image; handwritten text is having a 7 line then each 7 line should be separated and corresponding 7 output image file will be save . In similar way perform for all 529 images. Suppose maximum 10 lines is present in handwritten text then ; 529 * 10 image file will be generated and it will be save. Name of each line image should be corresponding to their original image name. For a reference uploaded one sample image.
