License Plate Reader required with high accuracy for India
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I'm looking for an already build project or something which require minor customization for automatic license plate recognition and reading. It would have the following features:
- User should be able to provide rstp of the camera to start processing. The entry and exit time of vehicles should be saved and the user should be able to extract the data. This should all run in a single machine in realtime.
- Day time accuracy > 95%
- Night time accuracy > 90%
- Low false positives.
- Able to run on a normal desktop
- Support for multiple cameras is a plus.
- Python is preferred
