Licence plate detection using Yolov4 and tensorflow

I am developing a lice plate detection and recognition, but at the first phase I am detecting the license plate taking feed from IP Camera. But facing lag issue. Now used Thread, but it is still slow due to tensorflow. Need urgent troubleshooting for the same.
