Lead Generation CRM Python Development (please new freelancers don"t apply)

I am working on a lead generation CRM in Python. The project is already in progress. I'm seeking a skilled developer to complete the project. This role is not suitable for new freelancers.

Key Features:
- Contact Management: The CRM should efficiently store, organize, and manage all our leads.
- Lead Scoring: We need a feature to assign scores to leads based on their behavior and interactions with our business.
- Email Automation: The CRM should be able to automate basic email functions.

Key Functionalities for Contact Management:
- Contact Import/Export: The system should allow us to easily import and export contacts from various sources.
- Contact Segmentation: We need the CRM to categorize our contacts based on specific characteristics, making it easier to target them with appropriate messaging.
- Contact History Tracking: The system should keep a detailed record of all interactions and engagements with each contact.

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience in developing CRMs, particularly in the lead generation space
- Previous work on projects involving email automation
- Familiarity with contact import/export and segmentation
- Proven track record of completing projects on time
