Position Overview:
As the Lead Electronics Engineer, you will take a central role in designing, developing, and refining high-performance electronic devices. Your expertise in analog circuit design, microcontroller systems, and electronics CAD will be pivotal in transforming concepts into functional and optimized devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electronics engineers, guiding their efforts toward creating exceptional electronic devices.
- Spearhead the design, development, and optimization of electronic devices, focusing on analog circuit design with a low-frequency, low-noise emphasis.
- Utilize your in-depth understanding of analog design principles, including OPAMPs, filters, and noise considerations, to engineer robust and high-quality solutions.
- Leverage SPICE simulation tools to validate and fine-tune analog circuit designs.
- Oversee the integration of microcontrollers, ensuring proficient coding in Embedded C/C++, and the ability to decipher intricate code in complex projects.
- Exhibit expertise in interfacing microcontrollers with external peripherals through standard interfaces such as SPI, UART, and I2C.
- Employ electronics CAD software (Eagle/Fusion360 or Altium) to create detailed and accurate schematics and layouts.
- Lead prototyping efforts, taking ideas from conceptualization through to the creation of simplified demonstration devices.
- Possess experience in PC-to-device communication, using languages like Python, C/C++, or JavaScript to establish Virtual COM Port (VCP) connections.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of modern electronic components, including high-precision ADCs and OPAMPs.
- Bring experience in electronic production using external fabrication services such as subway, jlcbcb, or similar.
- Implement device cost optimization strategies to achieve efficiency without compromising quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on analog circuit design, microcontroller integration, and electronic device optimization.
- Strong expertise in designing low-frequency, low-noise analog circuits, and familiarity with components like OPAMPs, filters, and noise mitigation techniques.
- Proficiency in SPICE simulation tools for accurate validation of analog circuit designs.
- Extensive experience with microcontroller systems, including proficient coding in Embedded C/C++ and the ability to analyze complex codebases.
- Demonstrated competence in interfacing microcontrollers with external peripherals through SPI, UART, and I2C.
- Proficiency in electronics CAD tools such as Eagle/Fusion360 or Altium for schematic and layout design.
- Proven experience in prototyping, taking projects from concept to simplified demonstration devices.
- Ability to establish PC-to-device communication through languages like Python, C/C++, or JavaScript for VCP connections.
- Strong knowledge of modern electronic components, with expertise in high-precision ADCs and OPAMPs.
- Practical experience with electronic production through external fabrication services.
- Adept at optimizing device costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Optional Skills (Desirable but Not Mandatory):
- Experience with serial production of electronics.
- Ability to analyze and apply insights from related technical articles.
- Familiarity with technologies like OpenBCI, EEG, ADS1299, PIC32, STM32, FTDI, and the Arduino IDE.
