The solution will gather candidate information via a form (Google Forms, Airtable, or Typeform) and organize it in a database. It will automate the job search across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor based on each candidate's preferences, and automatically submit applications using their resumes and cover letters. Additionally, the system will track the status of each application in a central database, providing regular updates and generating monthly reports on key metrics like the number of applications, interview requests, and success rates.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with tools like Airtable, Zapier, PhantomBuster, and RPA solutions, and can manage workflows on a large scale, providing ongoing support and optimization.
