Language Translator using neural method in Python

I am looking for an expert who can make a language translator (German-English translator) using neural method in python. The word library should be atleast 500 words. I only want a working program. No need of any reports.
The input is english language and output is german language.
The translator must be able to translator the basic sentences (from its library).
