Project Description:
Our business is music distribution for independent musicians. Think Spotify, Apple Music, and all other music streaming platforms. We will want the chatbot/LLMs to allow users to ask information about their own data (streaming numbers, usage across social media platforms), questions about the product - anything on the support page, etc. As the LLMs are built throughout the website, the LLMs will enable automation through first and third party APIs the distribution of releases, changing of release metadata, and other proprietary features.
Ultimately, we’d like a chatbot-esk app (LLM) to analyze MySQL data and make business decisions for the user based off stream/usage and other reports. For example, the chatbot (or insights section of the user portal) would proactively let the user know the following:
“We’ve found that your Spotify streaming numbers in Philippines has increased 200% month over month. We recommend you launch Spotify ads in this region to increase revenue.” or “We see that TikTok users in Japan are using your old ‘Murs’ release in videos. We recommend launching a campaign around this song in Northeast Asian countries.”
Ideally we'd 'fish' for the users, meaning users would be able to ask the chatbot questions such as "What kind of marketing campaign should I run?" — which would then kick off queries of tables on the backend (MySQL), have LLMs analyze trends and provide in plain text a recommendation for the user based on results
We also already have LLMs that can convert text to SQL, so the recommendation part is what we'd want the LLM to provide to the user. Basically the LLM / Chatbot solution would be a personal data analyst for the user
