Langflow - Consultant

Looking for a Senior Python Developer that has experience with LLM's and specifically Langflow/Langchain to consult on a proof on concept project I'm working on.
This is what I'm building and I need an expert to consult with to make sure what we want to create is possible and determine best practices
I'm looking for Python developer who can work with me (I'm a Python developer) to create an AI agent using Langflow
The following criteria:
a) limit the scope of the AI assistant which I think we can based on the system prompt we give them
b) get intent from the user (user will either want to know more about the school when they have camps, and or when and where the coaches will be over the summer)
c) keep a history of the conversation with the particular user and keep a history of all conversations in vector db
d) based on intent can we give the player info about where coaches will be during the summer (if the intent is finding out where the coaches will be or how they can get in front of the coaches)
e) MOST important can we have the chatbot search database (I can make this SQL or no SQL) for the player based on email -
f) then based on the data that is NOT in the database go through a series of questions to ask to obtain more data on them
