LangChain and GPT coding using pinecone/ vector DB

Hello! I'm looking for an experienced programmer to assist with LangChain and GPT coding using pinecone/ vector DB, using Python as the programming language. I have existing code that needs to be modified for the project and I would really appreciate the input and expertise of an experienced programmer.
The existing application is an internally developed Python library that allows users to upload up large number of files to a file storage system such as S3/BlobStorage. It uses pinecone vector database to index the uploaded files and leverages the GPT API to perform queries against the indexed files.
The primary goal is to create an efficient coding structure for LangChain and GPT coding using pinecone/ vector DB. I need help from an expert to customize and train the model for my specific use cases. Moreover, I would like to collaborate closely with the programmer to ensure that the coding language is up to the required standard.
