LSTM for time series

I need to build an LSTM algorithm to forecast a time series data.
the implementation should includes:
1- the forecast part that allow me to forecast in advance for 5 days, week, month.
2- a part that find the optimal hyper-parameters such as Grid Search, etc.
3- the code should work for any time series problem
