LSTM-CNN-CRF for sequence labeling

Hi! looking for a python Developer Named Entity Recognition Need to implement a bidirectional LSTM-CNN-CRF for sequence labeling, following [this paper by Xuezhe Ma and Ed Hovy, on the CoNLL named entity recognition dataset.
