Kerberos SDR based Phase triangulation code

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a code for Kerberos SDR based Phase triangulation of received gnss signals by using Python.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in working with SDR (Software Defined Radio) technology
- Familiarity with Phase triangulation algorithms
- Ability to work with rough ideas and translate them into functional code

The code should be developed in Visual Studio, as per the client's preference. The client does not have a specific library in mind, but they have a rough idea of what they want. Therefore, the freelancer should be able to suggest and utilize suitable libraries for the project.
