Keras RNN for name generation

I am looking for a freelancer who is familiar with RNNs in Keras. I would like a simple RNN trained on names (this dataset http://www.cs.cmu.edu/afs/cs/project/ai-repository/ai/areas/nlp/corpora/names/female.txt) to generate new names. I think it should be doable with a few lines of Python/Keras code.
