Karaokê Windows App

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Karaokê Windows App for me. This app is intended to be used for singing practice, karaoke parties, and karaoke competitions. I have specific features in mind for this app and am looking for the freelancer to work accordingly. Furthermore, I want the programming language used for this app to be Python.
