I am looking for bids for a project that i am having in mind.

I need a custom solution KYC Verification service / AI for my business.
The KYC process should do the following:
Step 1:
Let user scan his face and identification on the front-end. (This needs to be live detection somehow, not image uploads) through front-end page.
Step 2:
If software is more than 95% sure if the person is real, then it should "approve" him, and make a call to our service backend api.
If software is more then 70% sure but less then 95% , then we need a way for administrator to manually approve him, after hes done the process.
If it's less then 70% sure, decline.
The software MUST be able to detect fake users/images, or replay videos from tablet for example.
We should save all the user data we can for future reference on our DB.
