KGNN Model for Drug-Drug Interaction Prediction

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to build a Knowledge Graph Neural Network (KGNN) model for predicting new drug interactions.
Data Source:
- I have genes and drug targets data available for this project but in XML format.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a KGNN model that leverages the provided biomedical data to predict new drug interactions.
- Use the most suitable machine learning frameworks or libraries for the task.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML), particularly with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience in working with biomedical data is a plus.
- Ability to select and use the most appropriate tools for the task, whether it's TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
