Jupyter Notebook visualization project - Python

I have a project that I need help with. I have finished the code for it but for some reason I keep getting an error saying "gdf_dropped" not defined. I can't seem to figure out where this error is happening. It is a very small fix. Can someone please help. I am attaching all the relevant files for the project.
