Junior Web Developer Position in Bangkok

An international web agency is looking for a junior developer or motivated learner based in Bangkok to help with current and upcoming projects. The focus is on real, hands on experience ideal for someone still growing their skills but ready to take on responsibility.
The role is on a freelance or contractor basis, with the possibility of something more stable later on if the collaboration goes well.
What the work involves:
Improving and potentially renewing an existing Laravel-based web application
Helping with Django/Python tasks for a client project
Contributing to future features and new projects depending on your abilities
Technology choices are flexible suggestions are welcome as long as they make sense and get results.
Requirements:
Basic experience with Laravel or Django (or both)
Self-driven and eager to learn
Able to manage tasks independently, with some guidance
Based in Bangkok and available for in-person meetings once or twice a week
Must speak basic English (enough to understand tasks and communicate clearly)
Must have own laptop or working environment
Terms:
Monthly pay starting from 20,000 THB, based on skill level and consistency
Hourly rate around 500 THB for smaller or one-time tasks
Freelance/contractor status only (not a formal employee at this time)
Flexible working hours, as long as deadlines and expectations are met
Potential for a long-term collaboration if the work goes well
