Junior Blockchain Developer Wanted

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Blockchain Developer to join our team. As a Junior Blockchain Developer, you'll be a key player in a fast-paced, innovative team, driving the development of our crypto trading platform. We are at a really early stage so expect an unstructured environment where we are looking for people with high agency who are willing to get deep into problem solving and get their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Software Development: Contribute to the development of our trading software written in Python
2. Blockchain Integration: Implement and rigorously test Solana blockchain transactions.
3. Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize AWS cloud services (including Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS) to ensure robust, scalable performance.
4. Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to support new features.
5. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
6. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve production issues, monitoring system performance to ensure reliability.
Required Skills
1. Python Development: 2+ years of professional experience with Python.
2. Cloud Services: Basic understanding of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS)
3. Blockchain Fundamentals: Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 development.
4. Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
5. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Solana Expertise: Experience with Solana blockchain development and SPL tokens.
2. Decentralized Exchanges: Knowledge of DEX integrations.
3. Advanced Serverless Concepts: Deeper understanding of serverless architectures.
4. Seniority: Entry to Mid
Technical Environment
1. Primary Language: Python
2. Cloud Platform: AWS (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager)
