Job support for Cybersecurity

Looking for an expert in Cybersecurity who can provide daily support for couple of hours during US hours/ IST night time to help on daily tasks.
Should have good experience in Vulnerability assessment, Penetration test, Hashicorp Vault, Terraform, splunk, Python automation script, working knowledge on devOps.
