I'm looking for a developer to create an interactive AI avatar for my website. The avatar will conduct job interviews with users.

The process is :

- sending request for gpt with specific script to start the interview.
- coverting the text to speach.
- lip-moving the avatar according to the speach.
The project must be integrated with python-flask project.
