Java/Python Developer Required for Web App

I am not in hurry, please review the attachments and submit your proposal accordingly. Proposal submitted within the next 5 minutes will not be hired as it will take at least 10 minutes to review the wireframes.

We are working on a project that needs to be developed in Java or Python. It's basically a web app. Sharing the wireframes. The project will be done in 2 phases.

Phase-1: Content that is in black will be in phase-1. We can divide it into 2 parts as well for payment milestones to make sure you don't end up waiting for the payments.

Phase-2: Content that is in red will be in phase-2. Don't need to work on these features for now but should be considered. That's fine if you are not able to achieve phase-2 but consider these as well and build phase-1 accordingly.

I am entering the ballpark amount for now. Please review carefully and submit your actual estimates. Will discuss further with the right candidate. The candidate should be available to discuss on call if required.
