IoT tracking device integration - Python

Hello,
We are a SaaS platform providing tracking for supply chain assets. We would like to integrate a new IoT tracking device but we did not manage to communicate with the device.
The device is an eeLink GPT46, it communicates via GSM network and redirects messages via TCP. We developed a Python TCP server to handle the communication with the device.
We receive identification messages but could not authenticate. This step is necessary to then receive all other messages with positions, alerts, and so on.
The work needed consists of enabling the communication with the device via the tcp server, authenticating the device and enabling the server to receive all the other messages the device will send.
It is also needed to identify the device via the IMEI number that is sent in the authentication message. This will enable us to identify from which specific device each message comes from.
The device supplier is based in China and we therefore would like a Chinese-speaking freelancer, ideally based in China as well, to facilitate discussions with the supplier.
