I'm looking to enhance a personal project by integrating MQTT publish/subscribe capabilities into my existing Python application. The primary goal is to implement remote control functionality for IoT devices and to collect data from multiple sensors, including temperature, humidity sensors, and devices communicating over modbus etc.,

**Key Project Requirements:**

- **MQTT Integration:** Implement MQTT protocol to allow for effective publishing and subscribing, enabling me to remotely control various devices.

- **Sensor Data Collection:** Modify the Python code to collect data from temperature and humidity sensors, as well as devices utilizing modbus for communication.

- **Bug Fixes:** Identify and fix any existing bugs in the current Python application to ensure smooth operation post-integration.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**

- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of MQTT protocol and IoT communications.
- Experience with sensor data collection and processing, especially with temperature, humidity, and modbus-compatible devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs in Python applications.
- Previous experience in IoT project development, especially involving remote device control, will be considered an asset.
