Invoice System Manager

I want to build an invoice system.
The design its covered, I have the design with me, now I need someone to develop the backend, preferably in python or .net (backend) and front-end should be either react js or vue js.

Main pages and functionalities are:

- dashboard (some metrics)
- activity page, to check live updates on payments from clients (you can leave it for the end)
- client area, where we can see a list of clients, add clients, edit or remove client
- invoice area, where we can see, create, remove invoices, print preview
- settings, where we can define the currency, project name aka company name, tax id number, acceptable payment types, and other details
- administration board (for admins only, where we can add/edit/remove new users and assign them to roles so they can work inside)

- ability to send notifications (emails) to clients
- ability to create invoice and in that page when selecting the client, having the possibility to create the new client without going to other page
- other functionalities that may come up during development
