Interactive Python Telegram Query Bot

I'm in need of a talented professional who can help me fix an issue with my Python Telegram bot. The project is currently set on github and the developer can view the current code. He will need to work closely with me so I can explain to his what the issue is and how the code structure currently works. You will need to know how to work with python decorators and troubleshoot an issue with the way conversations are handled.
