Interactive Brokers API developer required VB.NET or Python

We need someone to develop either a VB.Net or Python application using the Interactive Brokers API. Calculating RSI on an underlying price at different intervals then assessing options pricing and building options combinations ready for submitting. An understanding of the different order types and attaching bracket orders will be required.
