Interactive Brokers API data download

I have an old Python script to pull account data such as NetLiquidation and FullInitMarginReq from some accounts I trade at Interactive Brokers. This information is posted to my webserver. I need to update this script and have a new script that retrieves the market data from a list of symbols and post it to my web server.
