Integration of react libraries and migrate nexts.js to react and install inside cpanel

I must do a no-code application that use many already made free libreries. I already start the job and i add already some libreries, but have some errors to work inside cpanel. So it is necessary solve Cpanel compatibility (now use next.js framework, so it is necessary migrate to a compatible framework for cpanel) and make the other features of project (add other libreries and integrate.
It is necessary competences in no-code application, php. react.js, python and next.js. please demostrate your comptence sending me the url of similar job made. no setting next.js, but migrate to react or other tha work for cpanel. No vercel. Budget not negotiable
