Integrating NLP AI into WebApp

I'm looking for a web developer with experience in AI integration. The project entails embedding a Natural Language Processing (NLP) model into my web app with the following requirements:
- Functionality: The NLP model should be able to perform sentiment analysis on user-generated content.
- Framework: I prefer the use of PyTorch for the implementation of the NLP model.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
