Integrate two python libraries

This project requires knowledge of machine learning and Python. So I want to integrate two Python libraries: RiverML and Flower. Riverml is a Python library for online machine learning, and Flower is a Python library used for federated machine learning. I want to integrate these two, so it comes out like online machine learning in a federated learning style. Further details will be discussed later.
