1. Detect new listing from Binance website immediately from (https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/c-48?navId=48)
2. Detect the cryptocurrency in the listing.
3. Place buy order to Gate.Io
(All iteration must be within 0.1 to 0.5 seconds)

1. Integrate whatsapp Api to send whatsapp message immediately, Iteration no more than 0.1 second.
