Integrate Django backend and sms provider (pls read first)

Hi,
I have iOS mobile app that has Django backend. When user create new username and password, a sms message with registration code is sent to user mobile to verify user mobile number. Currently, the sms provider has some issues which led to not sending sms to users mobile. So Because of this issue I want to change the sms provider and integrate with them. The hosting is AWS and code is in gethub.
