Integrate API to Django application -- 2

I need an API to be integrated to my Django application. I have a form and after entering one of the fields, it should retrieve data from the API with the entered criteria. After retrieving the data on submit of the form it should save the data in the database. The frontend is ready. The API has an example in JAVA. This should be done 12 hours from posting the project.
