Install a vehicle counter python script on ubuntu

Hello, This is what I need.
- Install a traffic (vehicles) counter script (Python) on ubuntu.
- My camera feed is an HLS (.m3u8) link instead of the webcam.
- Create an API endpoint to GET the current vehicle count and reset the count.
