Install & help me run a public python program from github

I am looking for an experienced developer to install and help me run a public python program from github. The purpose of the program is Analysis & Visualisation, however, I currently do not possess relevant coding knowledge but I would like to learn while working on this project. I just need it to run on my own computer, the developer must provide ample instructions and support in getting it to work. If you have the relevant experience, I welcome your application and look forward to working with you!
