Install Odoo on Premise

I need help on installing Odoo on Premise and help in creating two companies. To be more specific about the scope, I have two companies that will need a very simple solution to be able to print sales invoices from Odoo. Both companies are completely separate (I.e. different product lists, different customers, different users...etc). They will need zero customizations except for the invoice layout.
