Instagram Automation with UI and using Python as backend

I need an Instagram automation, I would prefer someone who can show working application already over someone who will still need to develop this from the ground up.

Here is the final list of Instagram functions to automate
- automatically DMs people when my target account post something new
- auto Like new photos posted by people we target
- auto Like comments on new photos posted by people we target
- auto Like comments on new post we do on our account
- auto save a post of people we target
- must install and run on a Mac
- target account must be configurable
- must not use function that will cause our Instagram account to be banned
- must use python as backend and must have a User Interface
