Innovative Light Microscopy Techniques Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a professional with extensive experience in light microscopy and image processing. The main objective of this project is to deconvolute a stacked image(average_image) by a PSF(Stacked), which are provided in attachment. I would also provide a code by myself, but it cannot run properly now. You can finish my code or write new code by yourself.
Key Requirements:
- Using only open source program or code writing by yourself, and you need to tell me the algorithm you used and how they function.
- The energy of the image should remain same before and after deconvolution
- Preferred programming language for this project is Python.
The project should be completed within 7 days. The algorithms used should be thoroughly documented with detailed explanations and justifications for each step.
The project should also provide an efficiency report comparing the original and deconvoluted images.
