Inject data into third party finance application forms on bank websites and retrieve response

We capture consented customer data directly - over 30 pieces of information directly from the consumer. We have commercial relationships with partners who receive this data however our partners don’t have API’s.
We are looking for a solution that takes the data the customer provides us, inserts that data directly into a third party website and retrieves a response. This all needs to happen in real-time as the customer waits (online) for a response. Ideally the custom wait time should be less than 15 seconds. In some cases, we will want to process multiple applications for a single customer.
Our data is stored in Salesforce and we would like to store response data in Salesforce.
The solution needs to work on secure finance applications websites. Often partners might prevent applications from the same IP address so this needs consideration.
