Infrastructure Visualization and Management Tool

I am looking to develop a web-based application that allows users to visually design, configure, and manage infrastructure components using a drag-and-drop interface. The application should enable users to select various components (like virtual machines, storage accounts, SQL databases) from a menu, drag and drop them into a workspace, and interconnect them. There will be more additional features for my application.

Skills Required:
Frontend Development:
Proficiency in JavaScript, React/Vue.js for interactive UIs.
Experience with D3.js or similar for graphical elements.
Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS) for design.

Backend Development:
Node.js and Express.js for server-side logic.
Familiarity with REST API development.

Database Management:
Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Cloud Integration:
Experience with Azure SDKs and cloud deployment.

Additional Skills:
Understanding of web sockets (Socket.IO) if real-time updates are needed.
Familiarity with webpack or Parcel for resource optimization.

General Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
