Indico plugin development

I'm looking for a developer to build a plugin for Indico (https://getindico.io/). You need to install Indico and develop the required plugin. The function of the plugin is to provide double-blind review option for conference management in Indico, that is to hide author's info (name and email) from reviewers. I will provide the developer all pages where these info should be hidden.
