The improved code should generate a DataFrame with comprehensive and accurate statistics for each team pair.
Tasks to be performed by the freelancer:
Ensure that the calculations are accurate and reflect the desired output.
1.) The improved Python code with enhancements and optimizations.
2.) Create a new data frame with H2H stats for machine learning
3.) Each row of calculation should start from the preceding row.
