Improvement scraping project

I am looking for someone that has major skills with scraping www.marktplaats.nl and getting the add instantly as a message on mobile.
We are almost there but missing the golden twinkle.
-we have good proxies
- our server is fast
- our scraping code (python looks good)
- we are scraping telephonenr seperately.
-we are using telegram as messenger to mobile phone.

We are fast, but not the fastest.If you think you can help us let me know.
