Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have written code to predict disease transmission; I need to do the following:
1. Add ARIMA, RNN, CNN, and other spatiotemporal models.
2. Save all output and images as high-quality images.
3. Add different accuracy measurements such as Precision, Recall (Sensitivity), F1-Score, ROC, and AUC in charts.
4. Add lines of code to split the data into 80% training and 20% testing.
5. Correlation between confirmed cases and main factors causing disease transmission.
6. The same models we apply on three temporal intervals (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
7. Apply feature importance and model explanation.
