Improve my code for Automated Data Science project

I am looking for a freelancer who can improve existing pipeline for automated data science. The project requires proficiency in Python, specifically for the pipeline development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Scikit-learn and TensorFlow, as this is the specific data processing and machine learning library that I have in mind. The data being processed is expected to be of medium size, ranging from 10GB-100GB. Overall, I am looking for someone who can efficiently develop and implement the pipeline to automate the data science process. I will describe how proposed pipeline needs to look like, more detailed afterwards.
