Overview:
I am looking for a skilled professional to help me improve the audio quality of a real-time transport protocol (RTP) stream. The current audio quality is poor, and it is critical for me to enhance it.

Project Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

1. Audio Streaming:
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in working with RTP streams
- Familiarity with audio codecs and their optimization

2. Network Protocols:
- Understanding of UDP (User Datagram Protocol)

Application makes a streaming request to azure TTS and the audio is being packed into RTP packages and being sent over a RTP stream.
