Implementing a federated learning using two different models. -- 2

Federated Learning application for a thesis. We will implement, run and test the following: first: FL star topology, second: p2p topology. Where we have several nodes that generate new model out of it.
Note: (a prior knowledge into Federated Learning is a must.)
